To enhance our printing quality control, we recently acquired the latest Automatic Inspection Machine with Slitter Rewinder. The high-speed inspection system applied the new technology that is wildly used in facial and license plate recognition. It automatically checks texts, graphics, color variations, serial numbers and provides a reliable content verification by checking against the approved artwork file. It also identifies with high precision all kinds of defects, such as press contamination, color deviation, misregister, or poor quality codes. The patented LED light source system enables a wide range of applications - including transparent materials and reflective materials like aluminum foil film and hologram film. The inspection data files are also stored for future review. We are thrilled to have the new Automatic Inspection Machine up and running next month.
